The Nest offers in-person and online therapy for women navigating the many seasons of motherhood—from the hope and uncertainty of trying to conceive to pregnancy, postpartum, and the years that follow.

Motherhood is a deeply personal experience. It has a way of bringing emotions and parts of ourselves to the surface when we least expect it. Alongside moments of joy, love, connection, and growth, it can bring anxiety that feels difficult to quiet, grief, a sense of disconnection from yourself and others, or the lingering question of why this season feels so much harder than you imagined.

Together, we'll create space to better understand your experiences, deepen your connection to yourself and your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are, how you want to feel, and what matters most to you.
