The Nest offers in-person and online therapy for women navigating the many seasons of motherhood—from the hope and uncertainty of trying to conceive to pregnancy, postpartum, and the years that follow.
Motherhood has a way of bringing emotions and parts of ourselves to the surface when we least expect it. Alongside moments of joy, love, connection, and growth, you may also be noticing feelings of anxiety that are difficult to quiet, grief, disconnection from yourself or others, or wondering why this season feels so much harder than you imagined.
We'll work together to better understand your experiences, heal from what's keeping you stuck, and help you feel more like yourself again.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, feeling stuck in old patterns, or noticing past experiences resurfacing in unwanted ways, we'll create a space to make sense of what you're going through, find relief, and begin healing.
